Our friendly team take pride in providing the highest level of customer service, quality products at reasonable prices, advice when you need it and even hands on assistance where necessary. In an emergency we will pull out all the stops to get new parts to you as soon as possible. For new customers we can provide demonstration and training on the equipment purchased either on our premises or in the field. We don’t just give you a manual and leave you to figure it out! We are happy to assist on any project from the planning stage onwards.  We can carry out a site visit, advise on products required, assist in providing drawings and artists impressions for planning authority approval if necessary and work with the client right through to the final installation of the structure.

When an order is placed with us we will confirm a delivery date with the customer. As far as we are concerned this date is cast in stone and will not be altered by us except in cases which are totally outside of our control. We pride ourselves on keeping to our production plan.
